Job description

  • Develop civil site designs for data center campuses, including grading, drainage, utilities, roads, and site access
  • Prepare calculations, reports, specifications, permit packages, and construction documents
  • Coordinate utility capacity and connection requirements with providers, owners, and project partners
  • Support site due diligence, feasibility studies, entitlement, and permitting activities
  • Collaborate with architectural, structural, MEP, geotechnical, survey, and construction teams
  • Review submittals, respond to RFIs, and provide construction-phase technical support
  • Manage assigned deliverables against quality, schedule, and budget expectations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline
  • 5+ years of civil/site development experience; mission-critical or large-scale industrial work preferred
  • Working knowledge of grading, stormwater, utility, roadway, and erosion-control design
  • Proficiency in Civil 3D and AutoCAD; experience with hydrology and hydraulic modeling tools preferred
  • EIT required; Professional Engineer license preferred or the ability to obtain one
  • Strong coordination, technical writing, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel to project sites as needed
