Job description
SavvyWise WorkForce is recruiting a Senior Epic Application Analyst specializing in Epic ASAP for a large nonprofit health system. Work arrangement This is a mostly remote full-time position with occasional on-site attendance in Houston for selected training, meetings, and go-lives. Remote employees must reside in Texas, Georgia, Louisiana, Oklahoma, or Tennessee. Greater Houston and Texas candidates are preferred. Responsibilities

Translate clinical and departmental Epic needs into technical solutions.

Analyze, design, build, test, implement, maintain, and optimize Epic workflows.

Support complex production issues and participate in a rotating after-hours support schedule.

Coordinate projects, priorities, documentation, and delivery schedules.

Train users and staff while mentoring less experienced analysts.

Requirements

A current Epic certification is required at the time of hire.
-
Epic ASAP certification is strongly preferred. Epic ClinDoc or Ambulatory certification may be considered as a backup.

At least four years of Epic Applications Analyst experience involving analysis, build, testing, implementation, and production support.

Experience working with or supporting Emergency Department workflows.

Intermediate-to-advanced Epic application support knowledge and strong complex-problem-solving ability.

Strong planning, communication, collaboration, customer service, and mentoring skills.

No visa sponsorship is available.
Preferred qualifications

Located in Greater Houston or elsewhere in Texas.

Experience supporting a large hospital system, academic medical center, or trauma center.
Benefits & conditions
The public salary range is $101,600 to $122,900 annually. A partial relocation package may be available. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement, paid time off, and professional development support. Interview process The process includes an initial hiring-manager interview followed by a peer-panel team interview.
