Job description

Premier Global Links LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Epic Application Analyst with strong Epic ASAP experience to support healthcare application operations in Houston, Texas., * Support and maintain Epic applications used in a healthcare environment.

Work closely with Emergency Department users to understand application needs and resolve issues.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve Epic application-related problems.
Support application configuration, testing, upgrades, and ongoing system improvements.
Collaborate with clinical, technical, and operational teams to support effective Epic workflows.
Assist with application projects, enhancements, testing, and implementation activities.
Document application issues, solutions, configurations, and technical procedures.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting an Emergency Department environment, at least 4 years of experience working in an Epic application environment, and Epic ASAP certification. ClinDoc or Ambulatory certification may be considered as an alternative., * Epic ASAP certification required.

Experience working with an Emergency Department or emergency medicine workflows.
4+ years of experience working in an Epic application environment.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively with clinical and technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualification
