We are seeking a highly technical Business Systems Analyst with a strong background in data quality, SQL, and enterprise data environments. This role serves as the bridge between business and technical teams, helping ensure data accuracy, supporting production issues, validating new features, and driving process improvements., Business & Technical Partnership

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and solutions.
• Ensure solutions align with both user needs and organizational goals.
• Participate in feature reviews and technical evaluations.

Data Analysis & Quality

• Investigate and resolve data-related inquiries, including:
• Data discrepancies
• Duplicate records
• Data validation concerns
• Data loading and integration issues
• Research and document data lineage and data mappings.
• Perform data quality assessments and anomaly detection.
• Partner with testing and validation teams to ensure thorough quality assurance processes.
• Support production issue triage and deployment-related activities.

Process Improvement

• Review existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Drive best practices related to data governance, validation, and operational efficiency.
• Assist with documentation and process completeness reviews.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the team.

Agile Delivery Support

• Create, track, and update work items and tickets within Jira.
• Participate in regular triage, planning, and status meetings.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills., * Experience with Snowflake.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to automate or accelerate analysis and validation activities.
• Experience with UNIX Shell Scripting.
• Exposure to AI capabilities within modern data platforms.
