professional development Define and own the roadmap for trading systems support, prioritizing initiatives that improve performance, scalability, and reliability Improve system uptime, capacity, and performance to ensure stability under high-load and high-volatility market conditions Drive continuous improvement and assess the team’s tools, workflows, and operational processes Provide daily support for proprietary trading systems, diagnosing and resolving critical production issues, and managing incident tracking and reporting Build and enhance monitoring tools and dashboards to correlate system performance with trading outcomes, including alerting and automation Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent field of study 5 or more years’ experience in technical support, production engineering, or related roles, including team leadership Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g. Python, Shell) and experience with version control systems such as Git Experience in technical support and leading a customer support team Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Linux OS Ability to communicate clearly with both traders and developers and to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment Experience with trading systems and US exchange protocols is a plus Experience with C++ or Rust is a plus Previous experience in a financial or trading environment is a plus Why Join All Options?
