Job description

Develop and deliver information products, analyses, and briefings to Government stakeholders on a wide range of departmental activities, including operational initiatives and developmental projects.

Review, revise, update, and audit program plans, policies, procedures, processes, and work instructions.

Support the development and execution of stakeholder engagement plans to communicate audit results.
-
Coordinate risk mitigation efforts with stakeholders and project managers for facility infrastructure projects affecting the technical or operational baseline.
-
Partner with Facilities teams to schedule and coordinate infrastructure projects.
-
Conduct project assessments and coordinate project approvals with stakeholders using common project tools such as Jira and GitLab.
-
Coordinate with stakeholders and requestors to deconflict concurrent test and training operation (CTTO) activities with base and facility maintenance plans.
-
Coordinate Event and Asset Protection activities with tenant organizations, including establishing protection periods for critical assets through seals, access restrictions, and related work controls.

Support the Utility Outage Board process by coordinating planned and emergent outages, incidents, issues, and concerns with mission partners.

Plan and execute readiness events and exercises to assess Mission Assurance posture, including monthly Facility Operations and Maintenance drop card exercises and Mission Assurance tabletop exercises.

Collaborate with directorates, especially Facilities & Asset Management and IT Services.

Support proactive risk analysis and mitigation strategies for mission protection of tests and events.
-
Ensure integrated and seamless Mission & Quality Assurance, Safety, and Facilities incident reporting.

Maintain a Program-level central action tracking and Lessons Learned (LL) system.
Requirements
-
You must have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
-
You will need at least 3 years of full-time professional experience.
-
You must possess or be able to obtain an active Secret clearance.
-
You must be a U.S. citizen to be eligible for this position., + Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, facilities management, mission assurance, operations management, or a related field.
-
Experience supporting mission assurance, facilities operations, infrastructure coordination, quality assurance, or program operations in a Government, defense, aerospace, or similarly regulated environment.
-
Experience preparing reports, executive summaries, and briefings for leadership or Government customers.
-
Knowledge of risk management, incident reporting, process compliance, and stakeholder coordination.
-
Experience coordinating across multiple organizations and balancing competing operational priorities.
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-
Experience with programs implementing ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality standards.
-
Experience using project coordination tools such as Jira, GitLab, or Microsoft Project.
