Trade support Basic (1-3 years)

We are seeking a Trade Support Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in trade lifecycle support across credit and rates products, Excel automation, and operational problem solving and a proven ability to execute accurate, timely trade control processes while resolving breaks and communicating with stakeholders., * Support daily trade capture, validation, and affirmation across credit default swaps, credit spread options, interest rate swaps, bonds, loans, and equity options.

• Investigate and resolve trade breaks, position and cash reconciliations, and confirmation discrepancies within cutoffs.
• Create and maintain Excel-based macros to streamline processes and reduce manual touchpoints.
• Partner with front office, middle office, settlements, and technology to triage issues and implement control enhancements.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including macros and basic automation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree required. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to traded products such as credit default swaps, interest rate swaps, bonds, loans, and equity options.
• Prior experience or internships in finance, securities lending, or trade operations.

• Work location: Newark, DE. 100% in office, 9-5. Overtime is volume driven.
• Interview process: One round on Zoom with a panel.
• Not eligible for employer-sponsored immigration support.
• Submission limit: 2 candidates per supplier.
