Kforce has a client that is seeking a Product Owner in Greenwood Village, CO., We are seeking a hands-on Product Owner to join a high-visibility team focused on improving workflow and customer experience across a large telecommunications organization. This role will help build and optimize internal workflow solutions supporting teams across Project Management, Network Engineering, Provisioning, Construction, and other operational functions. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, QA, and business stakeholders to take ideas from requirements and process flows through development and delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building new things, solving complex workflow challenges, and working in an environment where priorities and processes continue to evolve., * Own day-to-day product activities including requirements, user stories, backlog management, and process flows
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure requirements are clear and actionable
- Guide work from concept through development, testing, and delivery
- Translate complex business processes into clear software workflows and user experiences
- Coordinate with development teams and quickly resolve questions around requirements and stories
- Help improve and establish product and delivery processes as the organization evolves
- Explore and leverage AI-assisted tools to improve requirements, workflow design, and software development
- Collaborate with teams across Denver and Saint Louis
Requirements
- Product Owner or Product Manager experience
- Experience working directly with Engineering/Development and Design teams
- Experience writing user stories, gathering requirements, and managing a backlog
- Experience developing or managing process/workflow flows
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills
- Comfortable working in an Agile environment and adapting to changing delivery methodologies
- Exposure to AI tools or AI-assisted software/product development
Preferred:
- Telecommunications, cable, or related industry experience
- Experience working with UI/design teams
- Jira and Confluence experience
- Experience with workflow platforms such as Camunda or Pega
- Exposure to AI tools such as Kiro or Claude

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce’s sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
