Kforce has a client that is seeking a Technical Product Owner in Miramar, FL (Florida). Summary: We are seeking a Technical Product Owner to serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and development teams. This role is responsible for defining product vision, managing priorities, and ensuring product enhancements deliver measurable business value. The ideal candidate will have strong Agile experience and the ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements. Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy & Roadmap:
- Define and communicate product vision, goals, and roadmap
- Align product priorities with business objectives and organizational strategy
- Evaluate product performance and adjust priorities based on business outcomes
Backlog Management:
- Own, manage, and prioritize the product backlog
- Create and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements
- Ensure development teams have clear direction and well-defined priorities
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback
- Facilitate discussions to understand business challenges and opportunities
- Communicate progress, priorities, and product decisions effectively
Agile Delivery Support:
- Work closely with Scrum teams throughout the development lifecycle
- Clarify requirements and support sprint planning activities
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and help remove roadblocks impacting delivery
Requirements
- Experience managing and prioritizing product backlogs
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
- Proficiency with backlog management and Agile tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and actionable user stories

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce’s sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
