Test Center Administrator

Description We are looking for a dependable Test Center Administrator to support a secure and detail-oriented testing environment. This is a long-term contract, part-time opportunity with variable hours, generally around 20 hours per week, and additional hours may be offered based on site needs. The role requires flexibility to work a changing schedule, including Saturday shifts and occasional evening or Sunday coverage, while delivering attentive service to exam candidates and maintaining testing standards., * Welcome test takers, confirm their identity, and guide them through check-in procedures in a courteous and efficient manner.

• Oversee exam sessions by conducting security screening measures and observing candidates throughout the testing process.

• Protect the integrity of the testing environment by securing exam materials and documenting any unusual events or policy exceptions.

• Address candidate concerns promptly and escalate issues when needed to help maintain a fair and consistent experience for all participants.

• Apply testing policies and operational procedures accurately while supporting daily front-desk and administrative tasks.

• Perform scanning, clerical, and inbound call support as needed to keep records organized and operations running smoothly.

• Escort candidates to and from the exam room and complete routine walkthroughs of the testing area at regular intervals.

• Assist with basic equipment handling, including packing, unpacking, and moving testing-related materials while following safety guidelines. Requirements * High school diploma or equivalent is required; college coursework or additional education is a plus.

• At least one year of face-to-face customer service experience in settings such as retail, hospitality, food service, or similar environments is required.

• Must meet the minimum age requirement for the position.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and accurate reports and correspondence.

• Proficiency with Windows-based computers and common workplace software, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and web browsers.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.

• Must be able to bend, stoop, stand or remain stationary for extended periods, and lift up to 40 pounds when needed.

• Ability to move through the testing room regularly, work in tight spaces safely, and monitor screens and camera views effectively during exam administration.
