Salesforce Operations Analyst & Vendor Management Services

Requirements gathering; stakeholder workshops; process mapping; user story development; backlog prioritization; sprint planning support; creation and coordination of UAT test documents; Salesforce release support; vendor coordination; contract administration; invoice validation; budget tracking; executive reporting; quarterly roadmap planning; risk and issue management.

Detailed Responsibilities

Business Analysis: document requirements, create user stories and acceptance criteria, process flows, facilitate workshops, support testing and production readiness. Salesforce Support: collaborate with technology lead, admins, developers, architects and business teams on enhancements and releases. Vendor Management: manage vendor relationships (coordinate on getting quotes, competitive analysis, managing expectations), preparing SOWs, contract deliverables, renewals, amendments, negotiations and performance metrics. Financial Management: track budgets (monthly invoices, license usage), forecasts (budget planning for vendors and licenses), and contract spending Reporting: prepare project dashboards, status reports and executive presentations.

6-8 years of Salesforce implementation experience; strong business analysis background; Agile and Waterfall experience; vendor and contract management experience; excellent written and verbal communication skills., Salesforce, Asana, MS Office suite Word, PowerPoint, CoPilot, with a strong proficiency in Excel including formulas and pivot tables, contract management systems, document workflow tools, Lucidchart or similar tools, understanding of Agile/Scrum practices., Salesforce expertise, business analyst experience, vendor management experience, stakeholder management, quality of proposed approach, qualifications of assigned resources, and cost competitiveness.
