IT Infrastructure Technician

• Ensure continuity and reliability of critical IT hardware, software, and infrastructure to support uninterrupted site operations
• Provide deskside and end-user technical support, including break/fix and IMAC services for PCs, laptops, printers, iDevices, Windows 11, Microsoft Office, O365, Teams video conferencing, and telephony
• Deliver last-mile support for site network equipment, cabling, connectivity, server rooms, and manufacturing and laboratory IT infrastructure
• Manage local IT assets, configuration items, incidents, requests, and changes using ServiceNow
• Execute local IT infrastructure projects, lifecycle management activities, and equipment procurement while maintaining accurate documentation and SOPs

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Networking, Computer Engineering, IT Systems Engineering, or equivalent certifications and practical experience * Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional IT experience supporting end-user technologies and infrastructure in environments with 250+ users * Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with end-user devices, networking, wireless technologies, video conferencing systems, digital security, asset and lifecycle management, and incident management tools such as ServiceNow

• Prior collaboration with Operational Technology teams in manufacturing environments
• Knowledge of regulated manufacturing and laboratory processes and IT-supported systems
