Job description

Seeking for an Technical Lead/Technical Architect to provide technical leadership, architecture direction, and engineering guidance for enterprise application development teams. This role involves defining solution architecture, establishing engineering standards, guiding development teams, and ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise applications.
  • Provide solution architecture direction and technical guidance to application development teams.
  • Guide developers through architecture decisions, implementation patterns, and engineering best practices.
  • Conduct code reviews and technical design reviews to ensure quality and security.
  • Define and promote engineering standards and reusable implementation patterns.
  • Design solutions using modern architecture approaches, including microservices and API-first design.
  • Ensure applications follow security and compliance practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical delivery with business objectives.
  • Communicate technical concepts and decisions to executive and management audiences.
  • Establish and support CI/CD, branching, testing, and operational-readiness standards.
  • Lead technical troubleshooting and root-cause analysis (RCA).
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Establish AI-assisted development guardrails to improve productivity while maintaining quality.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Technical Lead, Technical Architect, or senior engineer in enterprise application design and delivery.
  • Strong hands-on technical leadership and ability to guide development teams.
  • Knowledge of modern application architecture and design patterns, including microservices and SOA.
  • Experience conducting code reviews and establishing engineering standards.
  • Understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, and DevOps/DevSecOps practices.
  • Understanding of enterprise security and compliance fundamentals.
  • Strong troubleshooting and root-cause-analysis capabilities.
  • Experience collaborating with engineering, management, and project leadership teams.
  • Strong architecture and technical documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Working knowledge of AI-assisted software development concepts and practices.
