Infrastructure Project Manager

For our client active in the insurance sector, we are looking for a Project Manager to lead infrastructure and cloud-based initiatives. Core Responsibilities End-to-End Delivery: Oversee project lifecycles to ensure delivery remains within scope, on schedule, under budget, and meets rigorous quality standards. Strategic Planning: Define comprehensive timelines, critical milestones, and high-level technical synergies across multiple sub-projects. Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, track, and mitigate risks to safeguard project continuity. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a diverse team of internal staff and external contractors, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation. Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and program managers, providing transparent reporting on progress and roadblocks. Operational Excellence: Define clear roles and responsibilities, manage conflicts (both technical and interpersonal), and ensure compliance with industry best practices. Technical & Professional Profile

Infrastructure Expertise: Proven track record managing Infrastructure & Operations (I&O) projects. Cloud & Identity: Significant experience with Hybrid Cloud migrations, federated identity implementation, and secure access management. Systems Integration: Expert-level knowledge of navigating complex systems integration landscapes. Methodology: Deeply “Agile-minded” with a structured approach to project execution. Soft Skills Autonomous & Analytical: Ability to manage multiple simultaneous workstreams with minimal supervision. Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build constructive networks and manage stakeholder expectations. Growth Mindset: A motivated self-starter and quick learner who is both result-oriented and customer-centered. Qualifications & Requirements Education: Master’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience. Experience: A minimum of 5+ years in IT Project Management. Certifications: PRINCE2, PMI, or equivalent certification (or equivalent experience). Languages: Full professional proficiency in French, Dutch, and English.
