CyberSecurity Awareness Specialist

For one of our clients, we are looking for an experienced Senior IT Security Specialist to support the definition and implementation of a comprehensive phishing awareness strategy within a large and complex organization of approximately 10,000 employees. Working within the Cyber Security Office (CSO) and reporting to the Security Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening the organization’s security culture and phishing resilience while leveraging the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Responsibilities Assess the current security awareness maturity level based on an initial analysis. Define and structure a comprehensive phishing awareness strategy covering a 12 to 24-month period. Design and maintain a catalog of phishing simulation campaigns, including scenarios, difficulty levels, and target audiences. Contribute to the internal multi-channel communication plan in collaboration with key stakeholders (Cyber Security Office, Internal Communications, etc.). Define KPIs, maturity indicators, and reporting dashboards to measure campaign effectiveness. Deliver knowledge transfer sessions to ensure long-term autonomy in managing phishing awareness campaigns. Manage phishing campaigns end-to-end, including: Analysis and preparation Implementation and configuration Execution Results collection and reporting Performance analysis and recommendations

Required Skills & Experience Proven experience in Cyber Security Expertise in Microsoft Defender Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online Experience with ISO 27001 Strong background in Security Awareness Programs and Phishing Simulations Experience defining KPIs, reporting frameworks, and maturity models Expertise in Change Management Excellent analytical and reporting skills Language Requirements Native or bilingual proficiency in Dutch or French English is considered an asset

Availability to work onsite 2 to 3 days per week is required Contract Information Long-term assignment Initial contract with the possibility of extension up to a maximum duration of 880 working days (including the initial term)
