Change Manager - Netherlands

The Change Manager will support the client’s Finance Transformation by driving people adoption, capability building and sustainable behavioural change across key initiatives including AI, Agile, Lean, leadership, continuous improvement and new ways of working.

The role partners with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to identify capability gaps, define target behaviours and deliver practical interventions that improve adoption, simplify ways of working and strengthen business decision-making., * Define and deliver change and capability strategies aligned to business priorities.

• Assess change impacts, capability gaps and behavioural needs across leaders, managers and teams.
• Design and deliver scalable learning programmes, workshops, toolkits and playbooks.
• Develop role-based capability pathways and practical on-the-job enablement.
• Coach leaders to adopt and role-model new behaviours and ways of working.
• Drive sustainable adoption by embedding change into operating rhythms, governance and team routines.
• Partner with programme and project leads to align change activities with transformation milestones.
• Identify resistance, risks and dependencies and implement appropriate mitigations.
• Communicate complex topics clearly and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Facilitate workshops and build compelling change and leadership communications.
• Define and track adoption, capability, behavioural and business-impact metrics.
• Continuously improve interventions using data, feedback and lessons learned.

• Strong experience in change management, organisational transformation and capability development.
• Proven ability to influence and coach senior leaders.
• Excellent facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with AI adoption, Agile, Lean, continuous improvement or new ways of working.
• Ability to translate strategy into practical, measurable change.
• Comfortable operating across both strategic planning and hands-on delivery.
