IT Specialist for SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365

• Operation, administration, and strategic development of SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams as central platforms for collaboration and information management
• Advising business units and designing and implementing sustainable solutions for collaboration and information management based on SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365
• Evaluating new features and developments in the SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft 365 environments and integrating them into the existing system landscape
• Development, implementation, and refinement of governance, compliance, and access control strategies for Microsoft 365, particularly using AvePoint Cloud Governance
• Design and further development of solutions based on the Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate, for the digitization and automation of business processes

• A degree in IT or comparable training with several years of professional experience
• Extensive experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365
• Experience in the design and implementation of collaboration, intranet, or document management solutions
• Experience with governance, compliance, and permissions concepts in the Microsoft 365 environment; experience with AvePoint solutions is a plus
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate, is desirable
• Excellent written and spoken German skills (B2 language level)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
