Requirements

The Company

Our client is helping some of the world's most innovative R&D organisations solve a problem every scientist has faced: valuable scientific knowledge trapped in spreadsheets, disconnected systems and scattered datasets.

Their platform brings experimental data, formulations, workflows and results into a single environment, allowing scientists to find previous research, leverage historical knowledge and make faster, more informed decisions.

Having secured $25M+ in funding, they are already fully profitable, have achieved 240% headcount growth over the last three years, support 150+ customers globally, and operate from offices across the US, Germany and UK.

Who We're Looking For

  • This opportunity is ideally suited to graduates who want to use their scientific expertise in a fast-growing technology company rather than a traditional laboratory environment.
  • We're looking for candidates with a BSc, MSc or PhD in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or Materials Science combined with strong analytical skills and a genuine interest in data and technology.
  • To be considered, you'll need native-level German or French language skills, excellent communication abilities, and the confidence to work directly with scientists, engineers and R&D leaders. Experience with Excel is essential, while Python, SQL, ELN or LIMS exposure would be advantageous.

What The Role Looks Like

You'll work directly with scientists and R&D teams from leading industrial organisations, helping them transform years of complex scientific data into structured, searchable and actionable knowledge.

One day you might be running workshops with research teams to understand how they develop new products. The next, you'll be configuring the platform, optimising scientific workflows, or helping customers bring together years of experimental data that was previously spread across dozens of spreadsheets and legacy systems.

If you're a scientist who enjoys solving complex problems, working with people and wants to be part of one of the fastest-growing companies in Scientific SaaS, we'd love to hear from you.
