Job description
We’re looking for a Delivery Consultant to join a specialist technology recruitment agency based in Brighton, with an international presence across several key tech hubs in Europe and the US. Established for over 15 years, they work across some of the most in-demand areas in tech - AI & Machine Learning, software engineering, semiconductors, embedded systems and more. You’ll be joining an established, high-performing team, with delivery as your starting point and a genuine, structured route into a full 360 role as you develop. Who You Are You’re confident on the phone, love building relationships, and have a natural curiosity about technology and the businesses shaping the digital world. You’re motivated by results, energised by a challenge, and realistic about what it takes to succeed - ready to work hard and push through the tough days as well as the good ones.
Requirements

Around 1-2 years’ experience in sales or recruitment

Driven, competitive and ambitious

Experience of working in a target-driven environment ideally

Some exposure to the realities of the working world - the client has found this profile settles in better than hires straight from university

Strong willingness to be office-based full time and build a long-term career with the business

Excellent telephone manner and communication skills

Basic salary up to £35,000, depending on experience, plus uncapped commission
