Job description

Lead, manage, and develop our Software Development team
Drive the research, specification, and development of innovative software and digital products
Oversee scalable software and embedded firmware development using structured development processes
Plan team workloads and communicate project progress to key stakeholders
Maintain our software development best practices, documentation, and quality standards
Manage software development projects and coordinate with OEM partners
