Job description
- Take ownership of two key CRM platforms: Microsoft Dynamics 365 and HubSpot
- Own the CRM roadmap and backlog, prioritising improvements and translating business needs into practical system changes
- Work closely with teams across the organisation to understand their needs and improve their day-to-day work
- Configure and optimise Dynamics 365, including entities, forms, views, business rules, and model-driven apps
- Build and maintain HubSpot workflows, automations, and integrations
- Work closely with our internal Data team and external suppliers to coordinate technical changes
- Ensure integrations, data flows, and releases are delivered properly
- Get involved in data models, workflow logic, and the wider data environment
- Maintain clear requirements, documentation, solution designs, and test plans
- Monitor platform performance, user feedback, and data quality

Requirements
- Experience as a CRM Product Owner, Product Manager, or CRM-focused Business Analyst
- Track record of managing CRM roadmaps, backlogs, and delivery
- Hands-on experience configuring a CRM such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot, or Salesforce
- Experience building workflows, automations, and process logic
- Experience with HubSpot, Power Platform, CRM transformation projects, or enterprise integrations would be particularly useful
- Ability to work confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience managing competing priorities and making collaborative decisions
- Ability to take ownership, challenge constructively, and improve how things work
