Senior Network Engineer

Administer and troubleshoot Cisco Software-Defined Access (SDA) in large enterprise environments.

• Support and manage Cisco Catalyst Center (DNA Center).
• Provide advanced support for large-scale Cisco routing and switching infrastructures.
• Configure and manage Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE), including:
• Authentication and Authorization
• Endpoint Profiling and Onboarding
• Network Access Control
• Support Cisco Catalyst 9800 Wireless Controllers and enterprise wireless networks.
• Troubleshoot and manage Cisco Secure Firewall technologies.
• Administer Cisco Nexus Data Center technologies, including:
• VXLAN
• EVPN
• Nexus Dashboard Fabric Controller (NDFC)
• Work with Cisco Catalyst 9130/916x Access Points.
• Configure and troubleshoot BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP routing protocols.
• Support Azure networking and ExpressRoute connectivity for hybrid cloud environments.
• Utilize ServiceNow for incident, change, and operational workflows.
• Perform network performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Manage incident resolution and provide technical escalation support.

Strong hands-on experience with Cisco SDA, Catalyst Center, and large enterprise Cisco environments.

• Expertise in Cisco ISE and enterprise wireless (Catalyst 9800).
• Experience with Cisco Nexus Data Center technologies (VXLAN, EVPN, NDFC).
• Solid background in network protocols and hybrid cloud networking.

• Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills. Other Requirements:
