Requirements
UI/UX Design: Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces for workflow-heavy applications. Information Architecture: Design intuitive navigation, interfaces, and multi-step workflows. Agile Development: Work in Agile environments, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and iterative delivery. Design Systems: Work with component libraries, reusable patterns, and visual standards. Complex Digital Products: Design SaaS, enterprise, or complex digital products. Design Tools: Proficiency with Figma, Axure, Sketch, or similar tools. Development Collaboration: Familiarity with frontend/backend environments for effective collaboration. Accessibility: Design interfaces aligned with WCAG and Section 508 requirements. Secure UX: Understanding of secure UX practices and accessibility standards. HTML/CSS: Collaborate with developers on HTML/CSS implementation. Education/Certification: UI/UX certification or degree in HCI, Graphic Design, Interactive Design, Psychology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
