UI Designer

• Degree in (Product) Design, Digital Media, Interaction Design or a related field, or comparable practical experience
• Interest in a fixed-term full-time position (40 hours per week) for a period of 24 months
• Professional experience in UI or digital product design, demonstrated through a strong portfolio of modern, high-quality interfaces
• Excellent visual design skills combined with a solid understanding of UX principles, information hierarchy, interaction states and usability
• Strong Figma skills, including Components, Variables, Auto Layout and Prototyping
• Hands-on experience with design systems, reusable components, design tokens and scalable UI patterns
• Experience designing responsive web products; experience with mobile applications is a strong advantage
• A strong eye for visual consistency, brand identity and detail; experience with motion design and AI-supported design workflows is a plus
• Experience with data-intensive interfaces and data visualization is a strong plus; FinTech, trading or capital markets experience is an additional advantage
• Very good communication skills in English (written and verbal); good German skills are a plus

Your mission

• Design modern, high-quality user interfaces for our web and mobile products, with a strong focus on complex and data-intensive financial applications
• Turn product and UX requirements into intuitive and visually compelling interfaces, from initial concepts to high-fidelity designs and prototypes
• Develop and continuously improve our design system, including reusable components, design tokens, states and scalable UI patterns
• Create clear and engaging visualizations for complex financial information, including charts, tables and dashboards
• Translate and evolve our Corporate Identity into a consistent and distinctive digital product experience across platforms
• Enhance the user experience through thoughtful interactions, microinteractions, transitions and motion
• Work closely with UX and Frontend Development to specify designs, ensure smooth handovers and maintain a high level of visual quality throughout implementation
