Job description

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to guide software development teams in adopting Agile/Scrum practices, improving team maturity, and delivering value continuously. The ideal candidate will have strong SAFe experience, facilitation, servant leadership, and conflict-resolution skills. Key Responsibilities:

Coach teams and organizations on Agile/Scrum principles, values, and practices.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, retrospectives, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions.
Support Product Owners with backlog grooming and prioritization.
Promote self-organization, transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Apply SAFe practices and support team execution across Program Increments (PIs).
Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to improve Agile effectiveness.
Foster a safe, trusting environment focused on problem-solving and team empowerment.
Support Agile practices including Scrum, Kanban, XP, WIP limits, and Built-In Quality.

Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master for software development teams.
PSM I certification is mandatory.
Experience working in a SAFe environment across 3+ Program Increments (PIs).
Strong knowledge of Scrum principles, practices, and Agile frameworks.
Excellent facilitation, communication, conflict resolution, and situational-awareness skills.
Experience with Azure DevOps, Confluence, MS Teams, and SharePoint.
Strong understanding of Scrum values: Commitment, Focus, Openness, Respect, and Courage.
