Job description
- Support daily warehouse IT operations including WMS Applications, desktop PCs, RF scanning infrastructure, label printing environments, and WMS-connected hardware.
- Collaborate with Operations and Engineering teams to document, test, and implement process improvements that reduce downtime and improve throughput.
- Assist with vendor escalations and manage third-party technology providers; participate in 24/7 on-call rotations for critical operational support needs.
Device Management & Technical Support
- Provide Level I and II support for escalated incidents across stores, distribution centers, and corporate; troubleshoot RF guns, handheld scanners, warehouse automation tools, and WMS/ERP integrations.
- Manage and maintain enterprise devices across all locations - Spectralink 95 series phones, Zebra ET40s / TC52s / MC9300s, ZQ630 label printers, HP and Lexmark printers, and Lenovo laptops/desktops.
- Install, configure, and deploy IT hardware and software; lead device imaging, staging, and rollout projects with full documentation at each stage.
- Monitor device connectivity, network performance, and system integrations proactively; partner with network engineering for advanced infrastructure troubleshooting.
- Administer MDM/RMM solutions for Android, iOS, and Windows endpoints; ensure security compliance, patching, and policy enforcement across the full device fleet.
Documentation, Automation & Training
- Own and maintain IT SOPs, knowledge base articles, system configuration records, and troubleshooting guides - ensuring all support activities are fully ticketed with detailed resolution notes.
- Develop end-user training materials, quick reference guides, and visual instruction resources for store associates and DC staff.
- Contribute to workflow automation through scripting (PowerShell, Python/Bash) to reduce manual effort and improve fleet consistency at scale.
- Administer Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure/Intune, Exchange Online, and SharePoint in support of enterprise identity and collaboration needs.
This position is based full-time onsite at our Windsor, VA Distribution Center, with a typical schedule of 6:00am to 3:00pm.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience working with Warehouse Management Systems, preferably Korber/Infios WMS.
- Experience troubleshooting RF/handheld devices, label and laser printers, workstations, and wireless network connectivity issues in a warehouse environment.
- Experience supporting and working with end users to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure/Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint), and related identity and collaboration administration tasks.
- Experience owning, maintaining, and improving technical documentation, SOPs, knowledge base articles, configuration records, and troubleshooting guides.
- Experience using SQL to run queries and analyze data preferred.
- Experience administering MDM/RMM platforms for Android, iOS, and Windows endpoints, including device enrollment, policy enforcement, patching, and remote troubleshooting preferred.
- Ability to develop or modify scripts using tools such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash to automate repeatable support tasks, improve reporting, and increase operational consistency preferred.
- Demonstrated use of AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT) to increase personal and team productivity, such as drafting documentation and SOPs, accelerating script development, summarizing incident data, or building reusable prompts and workflows. Comfort experimenting with new AI capabilities and knowledge sharing.

- Working with a team who thinks the world of you, Pay Range is $28.50 - $36.00 per hour #LI-LO1 #LI-Onsite Full time and Part time associates are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) retirement savings plan after three (3) months of service.
