Enterprise AI Engineer

Join an enterprise technology team focused on improving the employee digital experience through advanced AI and automation. The Enterprise AI Engineer will design, develop, integrate, and deploy scalable AI-powered solutions across employee-facing platforms. Enterprise AI Engineer Responsibilities Develop AI agents and Generative AI (GenAI) applications using Large Language Models (LLMs). Design and implement API integrations with enterprise systems using established enterprise integration patterns. Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions and enterprise knowledge retrieval capabilities. Develop and support cloud-based AI applications and workflows leveraging Azure Cloud Services. Apply prompt engineering techniques to improve AI solution quality and performance. Collaborate with architects, product owners, security teams, and other stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable solutions. Troubleshoot, optimize, and provide production support for enterprise AI solutions. Support rapid delivery through Agile and DevOps methodologies. Enterprise AI Engineer Qualifications

Hands-on experience developing AI agents, GenAI applications, and LLM-based solutions. Strong experience with API integration and enterprise integration patterns. Experience designing or implementing RAG and enterprise knowledge retrieval solutions. Knowledge of Azure Cloud Services and cloud-based application development. Experience with prompt engineering, Agile methodology, and DevOps practices. Ability to collaborate effectively across architecture, product, engineering, and security teams. Enterprise AI Engineer Preferred Qualifications Experience delivering AI capabilities for enterprise employee-facing platforms.
