Job description

Join a well-established telecoms construction contractor delivering aerial and underground fibre builds across Texas. The organisation supports a diverse client base of major MSOs and ISPs, providing steady project work alongside strong divisional support across finance, HR, and operations. The established fiber construction contractor is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee projects across the North Fort Worth market, supporting a diverse portfolio of major MSO and ISP clients. The successful candidate will take ownership of project delivery, budgets, and P&L performance within their area, with genuine autonomy and strong support from finance, HR, operations, and divisional leadership. The role offers the variety and stability of working across both BAU and new-build projects for multiple client programs, rather than relying on a single contract. It also provides a clear progression opportunity for an experienced Supervisor ready to step into management, with access to Power BI reporting tools, senior leadership support, and the resources needed to develop within the role. If you would like to learn more about this opportunity, feel free to reach out and apply today! Responsibilities

  • Own delivery of FTTH and OSP fiber construction projects across the market
  • Manage P&L and budgets for your projects, with accountability for forecasting and cost control

  • Genuinely tech-savvy and comfortable working in reporting and project systems
