Job description

  • Manage and maintain knowledge bases, collaboration portals, document repositories, and information-sharing platforms supporting cyber operations and mission activities
  • Curate, organize, and update operational content, strategic documentation, reports, briefings, and mission records to ensure accessibility and accuracy
  • Facilitate information flow between operational teams, analysts, planners, leadership, and mission stakeholders
  • Develop and implement knowledge management processes, workflows, and content organization standards
  • Support information-sharing initiatives and collaboration efforts across classified operational environments
  • Monitor repository usage, content relevance, and document lifecycle management to maintain efficient knowledge-sharing practices
  • Coordinate with technical and operational personnel to capture lessons learned, best practices, operational updates, and mission data
  • Ensure compliance with organizational security requirements, records management policies, and data handling procedures
  • Support development of dashboards, reporting metrics, and information management tools to improve situational awareness and mission support
  • Identify opportunities to enhance knowledge-sharing capabilities, repository structure, and information accessibility

Requirements

Tharros is seeking a Knowledge Management Specialistfor an upcoming program specializing in technical and analytical services that bolster USCYBERCOM’s ability to counter cyber threats and carry out full spectrum cyber operations.

The Knowledge Management Specialist supports operational mission environments by managing knowledge repositories, curating mission-relevant content, and facilitating information flow across operational and strategic teams. This position plays a critical role in improving collaboration, organizational awareness, and information accessibility within highly classified cyber operations environments. In this role, you will support the development, organization, and maintenance of knowledge management processes and systems that enable efficient sharing of operational data, mission documentation, lessons learned, and strategic information across multiple stakeholders., * Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university

  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
  • 1+ years of experience supporting knowledge management, information management, records management, or collaboration initiatives within DoD or Intelligence Community environments preferred
  • Familiarity with SharePoint, Microsoft 365 collaboration tools, document management systems, and knowledge-sharing platforms
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage large volumes of information and documentation
  • Experience facilitating communication and information-sharing across cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise collaboration technologies
  • Ability to work effectively within fast-paced, mission-focused, and classified operational environments
