Senior Data Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to lead complex analyses, mentor junior analysts, and partner directly with leadership to shape data-informed strategy across the organization. Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end analysis on high-priority business questions
• Design and own key dashboards and reporting frameworks used company-wide
• Mentor and review the work of junior and mid-level analysts
• Partner with leadership to define KPIs and success metrics for major initiatives
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality, structure, and governance
• Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical approaches
• Present findings and recommendations directly to senior stakeholders
• Collaborate with data engineering on pipeline and infrastructure needs

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
• Advanced SQL skills; Python or R strongly preferred
• Deep experience with a BI tool such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
• Track record of leading analyses that influenced business decisions
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Experience mentoring or leading junior analysts a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field; Master’s a plus
