Requirements

5+ years of experience in FACETS development or healthcare payer application development.
Strong hands-on experience with Cognizant TriZetto FACETS.
Strong knowledge of healthcare insurance/payer processes.
Experience with Claims, Membership, Enrollment, Benefits, Billing, and Provider modules.
Strong Oracle/SQL development skills.
Experience with FACETS configuration, customization, and integrations.
Experience with Java/J2EE or related application development technologies.
Strong understanding of healthcare data and HIPAA requirements.
Experience with web services/API integration such as REST/SOAP.
Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with FACETS EDI interfaces and healthcare transactions.
Knowledge of X12 transactions, including 834, 837, 835, 270/271, and 276/277.
Experience with ETL/data integration processes.
Familiarity with healthcare payer platforms such as QNXT, HealthRules, or GuidingCare.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Knowledge of CI/CD tools and source-control systems such as Git/Jenkins.
