TELECOMMUTE FACETS Developer

· FACETS development/customization with strong knowledge of the healthcare/health insurance domain.

· Hands-on experience with .NET / C# / ASP.NET development and application support.

· Strong understanding of FACETS modules, including Claims, Membership/Enrollment, Benefits, Providers, and Billing.

· Experience in developing, customizing, and maintaining FACETS applications and interfaces.

· Strong experience with SQL/Oracle databases, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and data analysis.

· Experience integrating FACETS with external systems using APIs, web services, batch processes, or other integration technologies.

· Ability to analyze business requirements, perform technical design, coding, debugging, testing, and production support.

· Good understanding of healthcare payer processes, claims processing, member eligibility, provider management, and benefits.

· Experience troubleshooting application issues, performing root-cause analysis, and implementing production fixes.

· Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with business teams, QA, architects, and other technical stakeholders.
