Job description

Define and own the AI transformation roadmap for North American manufacturing operations.
Identify high-impact AI use cases in production, quality, supply chain, and engineering.
Lead cross-functional teams to pilot, deploy, and scale AI solutions.
Partner with IT, data, and operations to ensure data readiness and system integration.
Develop business cases and track ROI, KPIs, and performance improvements.
Drive change management, training, and adoption across plants and functions.
Align AI initiatives with global SFS strategy, standards, and governance.
Engage with external partners and vendors to evaluate AI tools and platforms.
