Job description

· Administer and support Identity Management (IDM/IAM) platforms, including user provisioning, role management, and access governance.

· Configure, test, troubleshoot, and deploy IDM drivers across development, test, and production environments.

· Manage and support IDM User Application (UserApp) functionality and related workflows.

· Provide operational support and participate in incident resolution for IAM and infrastructure-related issues.

· Assist support teams in diagnosing and resolving complex identity, authentication, authorization, and provisioning issues.

· Monitor and maintain IDM system health, driver performance, and overall platform availability.

· Administer and support Sentinel environments, including monitoring, event analysis, and troubleshooting.

· Manage digital certificates, certificate renewals, and related security configurations.

· Support Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) servers, including patching, upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

· Perform infrastructure upgrades and system maintenance activities while ensuring minimal business disruption.

· Utilize monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog to proactively identify and resolve system issues.

· Conduct driver health checks, system monitoring, and performance tuning activities.

· Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, operational procedures, and design documents.

· Support SOX compliance and audit activities by collecting, documenting, and providing evidence to auditors.

· Ensure adherence to security policies, compliance requirements, and operational standards.

· Participate in Agileceremonies and execute tasks assigned through Sprint planning and Jira workflows.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Infrastructure, Security, Application Support, and Development teams.

Requirements

· Experience with OpenText/NetIQ Identity Manager or similar enterprise IAM platforms.

· Experience with Sentinel SIEM administration and monitoring.

· Knowledge of LDAP, Active Directory, authentication protocols, and directory services.

· Understanding of identity governance, Access controls, and security best practices.

· Scripting experience using Bash, Python, PowerShell, or similar automationtools.

· Relevant certifications in IAM, Linux, Security, or System Administration.
