OnBase System Admin

• Administer, support, and optimize a large-scale Hyland OnBase platform supporting over 2.1 billion documents.
• Lead and support a significant OnBase modernization initiative, including platform upgrades, infrastructure refreshes, and deployment of new servers.
• Implement and support OnBase Advanced Capture/OCR solutions and related document management technologies.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot OnBase integrations utilizing REST APIs.
• Support change management processes, release planning, deployment activities, and production support.

• 5+ years of experience administering and supporting Hyland OnBase in a large enterprise environment.
• Experience supporting large-scale document management systems with substantial document repositories.
• Hands-on experience with OnBase integrations and REST APIs.
• Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, application administration, and system reliability principles.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting skills.

• Engage with cutting-edge document capture and OCR technologies.
• Collaborate with a diverse and talented team across infrastructure and application domains.
• Remote work flexibility with occasional on-site visits for local candidates.
• Gain valuable experience supporting mission-critical enterprise applications in a regulated industry.
