Job description

Kforce’s client in Palo Alto, CA is seeking a Senior Digital Experience Strategist & Design Systems Lead to support our customer’s mobile-first landing page optimization initiatives. This role combines digital experience strategy, UX design, and design systems leadership to create scalable, customer-centric marketing experiences across digital ecosystem. This is a player-coach position requiring both strategic leadership and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate will define experience strategies, create wireframes and prototypes in Figma, develop scalable design systems, and deliver implementation-ready assets for development teams., * Translate value propositions into compelling landing page experiences

  • Define customer journeys, content hierarchies, and engagement pathways
  • Assess and optimize existing digital experiences using analytics and behavioral insights
  • Lead mobile-first experience strategy across multiple business units
  • Create low- and high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and page designs in Figma
  • Develop reusable templates, component libraries, and scalable design systems
  • Establish responsive design standards, interaction patterns, design tokens, and governance models
  • Deliver developer-ready specifications and documentation
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present recommendations to executive audiences
  • Collaborate with UX, content, analytics, marketing, and development teams

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience leading enterprise digital experience initiatives
  • Expert-level Figma proficiency
  • Demonstrated experience creating enterprise design systems
  • Demonstrated experience producing implementation-ready design deliverables
  • Strong UX architecture and information architecture expertise
  • Experience creating: wireframes, prototypes, design systems, component libraries, responsive web experiences
  • Experience leading mobile-first website redesigns and optimization programs
  • Strong visual design capabilities
  • Strong content strategy and UX writing collaboration experience
  • Experience translating analytics and customer behavior data into design recommendations
  • Ability to work independently with executive stakeholders, * Experience optimizing customer-facing marketing sites and landing pages
  • Familiarity with analytics, heatmap, and user behavior tools
  • Experience within large enterprise or technology organizations

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
