Job description

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Front-End Experience Developer in Palo Alto, CA to support our client’s mobile-first landing page optimization initiative. This consultant will partner with the Digital Experience Strategist and translate approved Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive, production-ready front-end experiences. This is not a UX design role. The successful candidate will focus on front-end engineering excellence, component development, performance, responsiveness, accessibility, and reusable code architecture., * Translate high-fidelity Figma designs into pixel-perfect experiences

  • Develop reusable and scalable HTML, CSS, and JavaScript components
  • Implement responsive layouts optimized for mobile, tablet, and desktop
  • Ensure exact adherence to approved designs, spacing, typography, interactions, and visual treatments
  • Maintain design fidelity throughout implementation
  • Create reusable front-end component libraries
  • Develop scalable CSS architecture and pattern libraries
  • Implement design tokens and component standards
  • Create reusable page templates and content modules
  • Build maintainable front-end frameworks supporting future expansion
  • Optimize performance and responsiveness
  • Ensure accessibility compliance
  • Support SEO-friendly front-end implementation
  • Maintain consistency across all page experiences
  • Validate behavior across browsers and devices
  • Produce implementation-ready component documentation
  • Create developer reference guides
  • Package deliverables for Folloze, Eloqua, and HP.com implementation teams
  • Document component usage standards and specifications

Requirements

  • 8+ years of front-end development experience
  • Expert-level HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
  • Strong experience implementing enterprise-scale design systems
  • Proven experience translating Figma designs into production-ready code
  • Experience building responsive, mobile-first websites

Deep understanding of:

  • CSS architecture, Component-based development, Design system implementation, Responsive frameworks, Accessibility standards
  • Experience working directly from design specifications
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with strategy and design teams

This role is responsible for ensuring that every experience is implemented accurately and consistently across devices while maintaining the integrity of the original design vision.

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
