Requirements

A client of Insight Global is seeking a Senior AI Enablement & Automation Consultant to identify, design, and implement AI-driven solutions that improve operational efficiency across technology teams. This individual will partner with stakeholders to evaluate workflows, build AI agents and automations, modernize knowledge management practices, and drive enterprise AI adoption. The ideal candidate combines strong consulting skills with hands-on experience in Generative AI, Python automation, APIs, process improvement, and enterprise collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Copilot., AI agent development using LLMs (Claude, OpenAI, or similar)

Advanced Python (automation, scripting, APIs, backend services)

Angular development

GitLab API integrations

Workflow analysis and solution design

Advanced Jira automation (rules, smart values, conditional logic)

Enterprise AI / Generative AI experience

Experience working with software development teams and SDLC processes

Experience delivering build-and-handoff solutions with knowledge transfer to end users and internal teams Experience with AI governance frameworks and responsible AI practices.

Background in organizational learning, onboarding, or employee enablement programs.

MCP (Model Context Protocol)

Financial services or regulated industry experience
