Staff Software Engineer

• 8+ years building and operating production software
• Experience on a platform, infrastructure, internal tools, or developer-facing team
• Strong Python. Django and FastAPI skills
• Real depth in Kubernetes and GitOps delivery (Helm, ArgoCD)
• Experience owning an authentication / authorization system
• Excellent project management skills: breaking down, estimating, sequencing, and communicating about work in progress
• Clear written and verbal communication; influential beyond one team

• Multi-tenant medical SaaS experience
• Backstage, internal developer portals, or service scaffolding tooling
• Depth of healthcare tech knowledge: HIPAA, PHI/PII, Epic and Cerner integrations, SMART on FHIR

Compensation for this role is based on market data and takes into account a variety of factors, including location, skills, qualifications, and prior relevant experience. Salary is just one part of the total rewards package at Qventus. Salary Range $180,000-$200,000 USD
