Requirements
Over 10 Years of IT experience.
Strong SRE fundamentals applied to the endpoint / digital workplace domain: reliability
thinking, demand reduction, “plan it / build it,” shift-left and shift-out.
- Hands-on expertise with DEX tooling (Lakeside SysTrack or similar tools) for data
collection, analysis, remediation, and reporting.
- Practical experience with a modern Microsoft endpoint stack: Intune, Entra, cloud-
native/cloud-managed device management, and modern authentication.
- Demonstrated ability to correlate operational data (tickets, telemetry, performance) into
actionable insight and automation.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical details into a clear narrative
for CIOs and senior leaders.
- A genuine affinity for data and for building things, paired with the leadership presence
to guide and expand a team.
- Comfort operating on the day shift while collaborating across global (Mexico, India)
teams.
Nice to Have

Scripting / automation and infrastructure-as-code experience.

Exposure to large-scale fleet, printer, and mobile-device management.

Prior experience standing up or scaling a DEX or endpoint-reliability practice across
multiple regions.
