Job description

As the SAP Automation Lead, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the automation and quality assurance efforts for a major SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration and implementation program for a large Department of Defense client. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the design, development, and deployment of both attended and unattended automation solutions using UiPath, while ensuring seamless integration with UiPath Orchestrator. You will be expected to build and maintain a comprehensive process repository, manage work prioritization, and allocate team capacity to meet strict project timelines. Your leadership will be essential in coordinating test automation activities, driving the development of robust test scripts, and ensuring the successful execution of, integration, and regression testing phases., * Lead design, development, and deployment of UiPath attended and unattended automation solutions

  • Oversee integration with UiPath Orchestrator and maintain automation reliability
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive automation process repository
  • Manage work prioritization, capacity planning, and timeline adherence
  • Lead test automation development and execution across system, integration, and regression testing cycles
  • Provide leadership across automation and QA teams
  • Support SAP ECC/S4 end-to-end testing aligned to DoD/Federal requirements
  • Integrate or evaluate alternative automation platforms (WorkSoft Certify, Tricentis TOSCA, Automation Anywhere)
  • Drive continuous improvement in automation capability and QA effectiveness
  • Collaborate closely across functional, technical, and testing teams

Requirements

Exposure to a variety of automation and testing tools will be highly beneficial in this role. While UiPath is the primary platform, familiarity with alternative automation solutions such as WorkSoft Certify, Tricentis TOSCA, or Automation Anywhere will enable you to adapt to evolving project needs. Experience with SAP S/4HANA deployment, particularly in environments aligned with Department of Defense or Federal Civilian agency requirements, will be crucial. A strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), especially as it pertains to SAP ECC/S4 end-to-end process testing, will help you ensure quality and compliance throughout the migration process. Active Secret Clearance (T3 Investigation) is required, as you will be working with sensitive client data and systems, * 7+ years of SAP Test Automation experience

  • UiPath expertise, including UiPath Orchestrator
  • Experience with attended and unattended automation
  • SAP S/4HANA deployment experience
  • Test script development experience
  • Familiarity with SDLC and SAP system/integration/regression testing
  • Experience with tools like WorkSoft Certify, Tricentis TOSCA, or Automation Anywhere

Bonus if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Experience in SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration/implementation programs
  • Proficiency in multiple automation platforms beyond UiPath

Eligibility requirements:

  • Eligible to obtain a government Secret Clearance
  • U.S. Citizenship required
