Leveraging your broad IT expertise, you’ll translate business needs into clear roadmaps, recommendations, and actionable plans for senior stakeholders. Acting as a trusted advisor and communication lead, you’ll drive alignment across business teams, local and global IT functions, and leadership to successfully deliver transformation initiatives.

STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT AND ORGANISATIONAL MANAGEMENT

You’ll build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, business leaders, local IT teams, suppliers, and central IT functions. By leading through influence and navigating complex environments, you’ll align business needs with IT strategy and standards. Through strong collaboration, empathy, and sound judgment, you’ll create commitment, foster accountability, and inspire teams to deliver high-impact results.

GOVERNANCE, QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

You’ll drive governance, performance, and transparency across IT initiatives, integrations, service quality, and security. By defining and monitoring KPIs, dashboards, and management reporting, you’ll provide clear insights for senior leadership and enable data-driven decisions. You’ll track roadmap delivery, budget performance, and business value, proactively identifying risks, managing dependencies, and turning complex information into actionable recommendations.

PROGRAMME AND PROJECT DELIVERY

You’ll lead complex IT projects and cross-functional programmes from planning through successful delivery, ensuring clear governance, stakeholder alignment, and business value realization. By coordinating business teams, IT functions, suppliers, and partners, you’ll drive execution, manage risks and dependencies, and keep delivery on track. Through effective communication, structured planning, and transparent reporting, you’ll enable informed decision-making and ensure successful outcomes.

RISK, RESOURCE, AND SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT

You’ll proactively manage risks, dependencies, scope, budgets, resources, and delivery capacity to ensure successful execution. By prioritizing demand based on business value and strategic impact, you’ll drive effective decision-making and delivery. You’ll also manage suppliers and implementation partners, ensuring quality, accountability, and strong commercial performance.

DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

As a Senior IT Transformation & Integration Manager, you’ll identify opportunities to modernize processes, strengthen integration capabilities, and advance IT service maturity. By leveraging emerging technologies and a pragmatic, results-driven approach, you’ll drive continuous improvement and deliver measurable business value.

Requirements

  • A track record in IT governance, IT strategy execution, portfolio management, programme delivery, service quality improvement, and management reporting and in managing larger IT programmes and complex projects with multiple workstreams, senior stakeholders, business units, internal teams, external suppliers, and implementation partners
  • Strong project and programme management discipline, including planning, governance, budget control, resource coordination, risk and issue management, dependency management, change control, supplier management, and executive reporting
  • Experience managing IT budgets, financial planning, demand prioritisation, resource planning, vendor relationships, sourcing activities, contracts, and service level agreements
  • Strong seniority and business maturity, with the ability to engage confidently with executives, senior management, business leaders, IT managers, suppliers, and delivery teams
