QA Tester

We are looking for team members who are able to find solutions independently, have guts and dare to think outside the box. You will be a member of a multidisciplinary team, so you are also expected to work very well together and have an eye for the people around you. With creative solutions, you will contribute to the best gaming experience for our millions of users worldwide. But most importantly, we want you to be able to say that you have a great job in which you can express all your (technical) talents, and that you can tell with pride what you are working on! Every day almost 100 people work on our mobile sports games, such as the successful Online Soccer Manager, Football Head Coach, Mini Football and our newest hit Ultimate Football Manager. We hope to add many new titles to this list in the coming years. What will you be doing at Miniclip? You and your team will be responsible for a well-running release so that our users have an optimal user experience when playing the game. As a QA Tester you get satisfaction from finding bugs, inconsistencies and crashes before our users do. You will provide clear reporting and help find solutions to meet our quality standards. Mapping quality criteria and translating them into structured test plans is your second nature. We’d love to see you use your experience to help get automated testing further off the ground at our Studio.

• We’re looking for a social, hard-working person who enjoys working as part of a team and is passionate and dedicated about his/her work. The ideal candidate has:
• Academic working and thinking level.
• A relevant IT education.
• Some experience or affinity with execution and analysis.
• Analytical ability or 1 year of relevant work experience.
• You are a true (Scrum) team player.
• Ability to identify and solve problems with sufficient accuracy and creativity.
• Experience and/or enthusiasm for picking up automated testing.
• Excellent command of the Dutch and English language.
• Plus: real passion for sports and/or games.
• Plus: TMap or ISTQB certification obtained.;
• Plus: experience with Android Studio, XCode or Unity3D.
• Plus: working with Jira.
• Last but not least: You have a good sense of humor and desire to work with fun people!
