Senior Java Backend Developer

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and maintain microservices-based architectures and RESTful APIs that serve high-volume traffic.
• Develop cloud-native applications leveraging AWS services and best practices.
• Design and optimize database solutions using NoSQL technologies, particularly DynamoDB.
• Write clean, maintainable, and high-quality code while adhering to coding standards and architectural best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, identify bugs, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Debug complex issues, perform performance tuning, and optimize system efficiency across distributed environments.
• Implement monitoring and observability solutions using Grafana and related tools to ensure system reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and DevOps to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable solutions.
• Contribute to architecture discussions and support the development of large-scale, distributed applications.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and ensure adherence to SDLC processes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in backend development and cloud computing

• 6+ years of professional experience in Java Backend Development Strong proficiency in Java 8/11/17+ with deep understanding of OOP concepts and design patterns.
• Hands-on expertise in Spring Boot and microservices architecture design and implementation.
• Strong understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) and proven problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated experience designing and developing REST APIs with proper error handling and validation
• Hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud-native application development.
• Strong experience with NoSQL databases, particularly DynamoDB, including schema design and optimization.
• Proficiency with Git and version control best practices.
• Proven experience working on large-scale, high-volume distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of application scalability, resiliency, and performance optimization principles.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana.
• Excellent debugging, analytical, and coding skills with attention to detail
