ERP Software Developer

As an ICT ERP Software Developer, you will contribute to the further development, maintenance and optimisation of the company’s internally developed ERP platform.

Working closely with business analysts and fellow developers, you will transform functional requirements into robust and sustainable software solutions. The ERP system is used throughout the organisation and supports critical operational and logistics processes, making your work highly visible and impactful., * Developing and maintaining the codebase of the in-house ERP platform

• Translating functional analyses into qualitative software solutions
• Participating in the continuous improvement of business-critical ERP functionalities
• Testing and validating your developments to ensure quality and reliability
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation
• Collaborating closely with business analysts, developers and internal stakeholders
• Supporting the optimisation of existing processes and applications
• Contributing to ERP-related projects within an international environment
• Occasionally participating in discussions with business users to better understand operational needs

You will report to the Team Lead Software Development and work alongside experienced colleagues who can support your onboarding and professional growth.

Your profile

For this ERP Developer position, we are looking for a developer who enjoys working on complex business applications and wants to build expertise within a specialised ERP environment.

• Good communication skills in Dutch and English
• A bachelor’s degree in ICT, Applied Informatics or a related field
• Experience as a software developer, either through a professional role, a strong internship or a first relevant position
• Experience with Progress OpenEdge / Progress 4GL
• An interest in ERP systems and business processes
• A willingness to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
