Information Governance and Data Risk Assistant

Data Protection, Supplier Assurance, Risk, Compliance and Governance. You will help ensure assessments, audits, actions, supplier reviews, compliance records and reporting are completed accurately and maintained to a high standard.What will you be doing?Your responsibilities will include:Supporting Information Security and governance processes and maintaining accurate recordsAssisting with Data Protection and privacy-related activitiesSupporting supplier due diligence, assurance and risk assessmentsMaintaining risk, compliance and governance documentationCoordinating actions arising from audits, assessments and security reviewsSupporting cyber security processes and internal initiativesProducing reports and management informationMonitoring actions, deadlines and KPIsHelping prepare for internal and external auditsLiaising with colleagues and suppliers to obtain information and challenge gaps where appropriateSupporting the wider Information Security and Operations teams with ongoing

projects Applicants will have some experience within administration, operations, compliance, risk, data protection or a regulated environment and want to develop further.
