Requirements

Deep understanding of Front End architecture, design patterns, and component-driven development.
Extensive experience with Redux/Redux Toolkit and state management strategies.
Strong experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and Front End performance optimization.
Good understanding of WCAG accessibility standards, semantic HTML, ARIA patterns, and accessible UI development practices.
Good experience establishing testing strategies and implementing automated testing solutions.
Hands-on experience with testing frameworks and tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright, Vitest, or equivalent.
Experience establishing coding standards, development frameworks, and engineering best practices.
Hands-on experience with GitHub, GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
Proven experience conducting code reviews and mentoring developers.
Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.

Updated Preferred Skills

Experience working with enterprise platforms such as Pega Constellation using React SDK.
Knowledge of micro-frontend architectures and design systems. *
Experience implementing automated accessibility testing and quality gates within CI/CD pipelines.
