- Proven experience leading large technical, delivery or digital operations teams across multi-market environments.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce operations, ticket lifecycle, SLAs, delivery metrics, governance and PMO disciplines.
- Experience using operational data to identify trends, root causes, risks and improvement opportunities.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage senior leaders, business teams, technology teams and vendors.
- Ability to translate business needs into structured analytical questions, reporting requirements and actionable recommendations.
- Conceptual understanding of AI, automation and analytics, with the ability to identify practical opportunities for smarter ways of working.
- Advanced user capability in JIRA, Confluence, Excel and PowerPoint.
If you’re a senior ecommerce technology leader ready to drive delivery excellence and digital growth, we would love to hear from you.
