  • Support: First- und Second-Level-Support fĂźr Endanwender, ProblemlĂśsung und technische UnterstĂźtzung

IT-Arbeitsplätze: Einrichtung, Konfiguration und Support von IT-Arbeitsplätzen Netzwerkverwaltung: Verwaltung von Active Directory und Netzwerken Koordination: Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit externen Partnern Dokumentation: Pflege und Aktualisierung von Inventarlisten, Patchplänen, Adressbßchern, Verteilern, Signaturen und Notfallplänen

Requirements

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung, z.B. als Fachinformatiker fĂźr Systemintegration, oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

Erste Berufserfahrung im ERP-Umfeld ist wĂźnschenswert Sicherer Umgang mit MS Windows und MS Office-Anwendungen
