Production Support Database Engineer

We have a great opportunity for a Production Support Database Engineer on a long term program of work., * Good understanding of Oracle Database concepts

• Ability to write and troubleshoot SQL queries
• Joins, subqueries, views, indexes
• Data validation and data analysis

• Understanding of Oracle schemas, tables, and relationships Production Support

• L2 Production Support experience
• Incident, Problem, and Change Management
• Application support involving Oracle Back End databases
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

• Monitoring and ticket resolution SQL Skills

• Complex SQL queries
• Query performance analysis
• Data fixes and data reconciliation
• Stored procedures/packages understanding
• Ability to analyse application issues using database data

1. Good understanding of Oracle Database concepts

Desirable skills/knowledge/experience: Oracle PL/SQL knowledge- with OCA certified
